Welcome to Filtration Solutions (UK) Ltd terms of warranty on goods sold.

All goods manufactured shall conform to the manufacturers specification and supplied subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions of sale.

A full 12-Months warranty will apply on all part(s) from the date of despatch.

In cases where a warranty claim applies, Filtration Solutions agree to replace the faulty item(s) free of charge, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Client agrees that goods purchased will be installed by a competent person and in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications.
  2. In the event of a faulty part(s), the client will provide written confirmation of the nature of the fault (with photographic evidence if possible) and provide general operating conditions of the part(s) in service.
  3. In the event of a faulty part(s), the client agrees to purchase replacement part(s) prior to the faulty part(s) investigation to enable the faulty part(s) to be returned to the manufacture for investigation without affecting the client’s production.
  4. Client agrees to free-issue faulty part(s), to the manufacturers works for investigation. 

On receipt of the faulty part(s), the manufacturer will conduct an official investigation and evaluate if the warranty claim is valid and determine whether the item(s) were faulty due to a manufacturer’s fault, the part(s) failed through general wear and tear or damaged through misuse by the client.  

  1. If the part(s) is found to be faulty due to a manufacturers fault, the warranty claim will be valid, and the replacement item(s) will be refunded.  
  2. If the part(s) is found to be faulty as a result of general wear and tear, the warranty claim will not be valid, and the cost of replacement part(s) will be chargeable to the client.  On request, the faulty item may also be repaired and returned at an additional cost where possible.
  3. If the part(s) is found to be faulty as a result of damage resulting from misuse by the client, the warranty will not be valid, and the cost of replacement part(s) will be chargeable to the client.  On request, the faulty item may also be repaired and returned at an additional cost where possible.
